About Prisha

I coach the person behind the performance

Hello

I am Prisha, and my whole obsession is one question about how you think.

Australia · phone · 1:1 · Not therapy

I am the founder of Mindset Mischief. My work has grown around one question: why can two people go through similar circumstances and build completely different realities inside their own heads? Answer that for yourself, and a lot changes.

I have worked with people in demanding environments: fitness champions, influencers, celebrities, professionals, entrepreneurs, and people going through big personal change. Their lives look nothing alike from the outside. Their inner questions often do. Am I enough? What if I fail? Why can I motivate everyone except myself?

Status does not automatically create calm. A good body does not create self-worth. Money does not quiet an anxious mind, and followers do not remove loneliness. The person behind the performance still needs somewhere to exist. That is who I coach.

How I actually work

I am less interested in telling you what you should do. You have probably already been told, more than once. I am interested in why you do not do it, even when you know better.

So we look at the pattern. What sets it off. Where you learned it. What it quietly protects you from. What keeps rewarding it. And what might happen if you responded differently. That is usually where the real change starts.

What I am here for

To help you understand yourself well enough that you can catch your own patterns, question your own assumptions, and choose a different response, eventually without me beside you. Good coaching should increase your independence, not your dependence on a coach.

What I'm not

I'm not your therapist or your doctor. Coaching isn't psychotherapy, diagnosis or medical care, and it shouldn't replace support from a qualified health professional when you need it. I'm not here to hand you a personality transplant or sell you endless motivation. If we work together, it's because you want to understand your patterns and practise something different.

If you're in Australia and need support now, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 (24/7) or 000 in an emergency. Outside Australia, contact your local emergency number.

What I hold to

The rules of the room

They are also how I try to live, imperfectly, when it is my own week.

Patterns, not personalities

You do not need a new personality. You need to see the pattern you keep running, and understand why you run it.

Curious, not critical

We stop asking what is wrong with you and start asking what you learned, what sets it off, and what it quietly protects you from.

The person behind the performance

Status, money and followers do not automatically quiet an anxious mind. We coach the person underneath the highlight reel.

Practise, do not just talk

Insight on its own changes very little. Most of the work is what you try in the days between our conversations.

Independence, not dependence

Good coaching should leave you needing me less. The point is that you can catch your own patterns and keep going without me.

If you are still wondering

Questions people ask me

I coach. My approach brings together NLP, mindset coaching, behavioural change and psychology-inspired principles. I don't diagnose, treat mental illness, or give medical advice. The work is about your thoughts, patterns, triggers, and the way you treat yourself while you chase what you want.

No. You do not need a tidy problem or the right words. If you can say something feels stuck, or keeps repeating, that is enough to start. We work out the rest together.

Yes, and we usually do. Your body and mind do not live separate lives, and neither do your work and your home. We keep performance, emotional patterns and wellbeing in the same conversation.

Before you decide anything

Start with one conversation

You do not have to sort out your whole life today. Book a session, tell me what keeps repeating, and we will work out whether coaching makes sense. If you have a question first, write to Prisha@mindsetmischief.com.
