Built around your actual job
Not a generic leadership module. Your meetings, your team, your particular way of overdoing it.

For leaders
The work
This is the same 1:1 work as the rest of my practice, aimed at the role. I coach people who are good at their jobs and worse at leaving them. The work is professional: clearer thinking, cleaner communication, a way of leading that doesn’t quietly run you into the ground. It’s also personal, because that’s where the cost shows up.
Status doesn’t switch off an anxious mind, and being busy isn’t the same as being well. We work on the patterns underneath it: noticing you’re about to send the sharp email, skip lunch again, or call anxiety “just being prepared”.
In practice
Not a generic leadership module. Your meetings, your team, your particular way of overdoing it.
We talk about how you're leading and how you're sleeping in the same conversation. That isn't indulgent. It's how your week actually works.
If it only works on a weekend away, it isn't the work. We practise in the life you already have.
The outer goal is usually a better way of leading. The inner one is staying a person while you do it.
We quiet the noise enough that you can choose, instead of just reacting. Priorities get simpler, and so does the story you tell yourself about them.
Running hot to stay on top of it is a countdown. We build recovery into the week you already have, not the calmer week you keep promising yourself later.
How you listen, how you speak when you're tired, how you hold a room. A lot of it comes down to staying calm and choosing your words.
When the wins stop landing, that's worth looking at. We separate who you are from the next milestone, so getting there feels like something again.
Teams
Small group work on attention, pressure, and staying well at work is possible by enquiry. Email me first, and we’ll work out whether a group makes sense or whether 1:1 is kinder.
Who tends to book this
You can be ambitious and still protect your sleep. That isn’t a nice idea for later. It’s something we actually practise.
Before you decide anything
You do not have to sort out your whole life today. Book a session, tell me what keeps repeating, and we will work out whether coaching makes sense. If you have a question first, write to Prisha@mindsetmischief.com.
