The approach
How I work
The philosophy
We stop asking “what is wrong with me?”
Most people arrive asking some version of “what is wrong with me?”. It is an exhausting question, and it rarely leads anywhere useful. So we swap it for better ones.
What pattern am I running? Where did I learn it? What sets it off? What does it protect me from? What keeps rewarding it? And what would happen if I responded differently? That shift changes the whole conversation. Instead of fighting yourself, we get curious about yourself.
Why knowing is not the same as doing
You can understand a pattern perfectly and still repeat it. That is not a character flaw. It is usually an old habit doing a job it was built for, and insight on its own rarely shifts it.
So we do more than talk. We notice the triggers as they show up and practise a different response until it stops feeling foreign. That is where NLP, behavioural change and mindset work earn their place.

The agreement
What I bring, and what I ask
Coaching only works if both of us mean it.
From me
A clear focus
We will not wander just to sound deep. You will know which pattern we are working on.
Privacy
What you say stays here, except where the law requires otherwise, or where there is a real risk of harm.
Curiosity, not judgement
I am interested in why you do what you do, not in making you feel bad about it.
Something to practise
A small thing to try between sessions. Minutes, not a whole new life.
A written recap
So the useful bits do not dissolve by your next meeting.
A clear line
If you need a clinician, I will say so. Coaching is not a stand-in for care.
From you
A real want
Even if it is messy. “I want to stop overthinking everything” is a fine start.
Curiosity about your patterns
You do not have to like them. You do have to be willing to look at them.
A little time between sessions
The conversation matters. What you do in the days after it matters more.
Honesty about your health
Sleep, mood, medication, a psychologist you already see. I need the real picture.
Willingness to try, not only talk
Talking is the easy part. Change asks you to practise something different.
Showing up
Be ready when I call. Life happens. Habitual no-shows do not.
A necessary line
This is coaching, not clinical care
I'm not a psychologist, counsellor or medical practitioner. Coaching isn't psychotherapy, diagnosis or treatment. If you're in real distress, please reach out to the people trained for that. If you already have a clinician, tell me, and we can work alongside them. We can't stand in for that care.
If you're in Australia and need support now, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 (24/7) or 000 in an emergency. Outside Australia, contact your local emergency number.
The sessions
Mind. Body. Soul.
Choose where to begin. Each session type focuses the work on a different part of you: your thought patterns, your physical habits, or the quieter work underneath.
Questions about the approach
Honest, curious conversation. Instead of asking what is wrong with you, we ask what pattern you are running, where you learned it, what sets it off, and what it protects you from. Then we practise responding differently.
No. You have probably had plenty of advice already. The point is not another list of shoulds. It is understanding why you keep doing what you do, so you can catch it yourself and choose something different.
Before you decide anything
Start with one conversation
You do not have to sort out your whole life today. Book a session, tell me what keeps repeating, and we will work out whether coaching makes sense. If you have a question first, write to Prisha@mindsetmischief.com.
